I stayed at Killari Hostal for two nights while visiting Machu Picchu. The room was cozy and bright, with a comfortable bed and great natural light. They even prepared an early breakfast for me, and allowed me to use their kitchen to pack my lunch. The family running the hotel were incredibly friendly, and there was a lovely dining area and comfy sofas upstairs. The shower had good pressure and the warmth was perfect. And a bonus, they had an adorable cat and dog!
I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast provided by the lovely couple who run the hostel was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, and boiled eggs. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hostel was perfect, just steps away from Plaza de Armas, the archaeological site, and the combi stop for exploring other areas. It was also a short 15-minute walk to the train station for our journey to Machu Picchu. We even had the convenience of being able to purchase tickets for Hidroeletrica.
We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.
